If you have suffered with acne scars in the past or are doing so now, you will know how difficult they are to get rid of. Their are some great natural ways to clear away and reduce your acne scars, let’s take a look at some.

Without going into great detail of brand names, their are some over the counter treatments that do absolutely nothing for clearing your skin. I have tried many of them believing they were a miracle cure, and my face would be clear within a week or so, i was wrong, along with a million other people. I then came across some natural treatments, let’s take a look at some.

Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin c and citric acid, both of which are really effective at clearing your skin of pimple marks. The tomato juice can simply be applied to the affected area with cotton wool balls. Leave the juice on overnight, and then simply wash away in the morning with clean warm water. You can repeat this process for a couple of weeks, you should then see some amazing results.

One more natural treatments for acne scars is garlic. This might not sound like a great way of improving your natural body odor, but it does have some great healing powers. The best way, is to crush the garlic into a paste using a press. You can then rub this paste into your skin using it like a scrub. It is better to do this at home in the early evening, leave on for a couple of hours and then wash away the residue. This does make your skin smell quite strong, but the after effects are really quite good. I tried this myself and the scars did reduce in size substantially.

We have looked at some really cheap and effective ways of clearing your skin of acne scars. Before trying any of these, always test the solutions out on a small area of your skin, this is to make sure you don’t have any adverse effects.

Micro-Derm is now selling kits for all people who use dermatologist for general practitioners, from home users estheticians, every team has its use and each is of variable quality, reflected in the price. The most recent addition is the l home user who has no medical training and has little money to spend on expensive visits to a dermatologist. These starter kits are so common that often refers to as "lunchtime" treatments, not only for its ease of use, but there is literally no healing time. Top of micro-derma kits can contain aluminum oxide, lotions, a hand support device for grinding and abrasive creams, along with instructions on how to use each. The hand sanding pad is used to apply and add the abrasives, which in turn removes a thin layer of skin from the affected area. In the more expensive kits of a mechanical device can be included sanding, which does the same thing as the platform of helping hand, it's just easier to use. My favorite home dermabrasion equipment is manufactured and sold by Neutrogena. This kit is sold in most pharmacies and drugstores and is intended for use by an untrained home user. The kit contains a mechanical applicator, a sponge application and an abrasive cream. The instructions are very detailed and the kit is very effective in removing light acne scars and fine lines and wrinkles. This team has worked for me, that's why I mentioned by name, but that does not mean you can not find a kit equally effective brand store for a lower price if you are looking for. I have successfully used this myself, but you may not have the same results, I recommend you talk to a dermatologist before using this on yourself.
